I Hate Her!!!!?

Okay, there's this one girl at my school who acts like my friend most of the time, but she's not! I'm 13 (in 8th grade) btw. Any way, me and her both take all honors, get really good grades, are in band, and are kind of similar. So this makes her feel like she's competing with me. Everything we do is like a competition to her. I don't try to compete back, but she makes me so mad when she rubs things in my face. And she's always trying to be so different from the crowd. She has really short hair that she wears in two ponytails everyday, and all she wears are loose tee-shirts with basketball shorts. And instead of signing yearbooks normally, she puts Curious George and Berenstein Bears stickers! She's 14!! And I have a lot of friends and a lot of guys flirt with me and stuff, and she gets like really jealous. She's always trying to make guys pay attention to her instead of me, and it gets so annoying!! And I made up this fake holiday at school....

Tell her off next time she says something stupid to you to bring you down. Don't make too big of a deal about it because that's what shes looking for. Attention. She's just jealous. Just keep being yourself, because obviously its killing her. That's why she keeps trying to bring you down. She gets enjoyment from pain. Don't give it to her. She's the one with the problem. Just ignore her unless she speaks to you first.

You'll deal with people like this your whole life. Learn to cope now and it will only get easier. Trust me, you'll be fine. She'll grow up a bit once she gets to high school. People don't put up with that crap.

Nothing is gonna bug her like totally ignoring her, and if she speaks to you, unless it's about schoolwork, just ignore it and carry on doing what you're doing. She's not worth the blood-pressure.

What r u holding back for!!! If you put your foot down she WILL respect you and leave you alone. Also if u tell her off then it will bea relief of stress for u. SO let her know that she needs to stop with her and her attitude. Sounds like to me she is jelous, so tell her to stop hating u just b/c she wished she could be just like u. tell her to bug off.

well, lucky for you, school is almost out. over the summer try to separate yourselves as much as possible.

and trust me, next year in high school you are going to make so many more friends, you will probably never see her much.

in a year, you'll look back at this and laugh at how much it doesn't really matter in the long run.

If i were you.........i just slap her. just joking...........next time just ignore her and don't talk to he anymore. and if she ask you why arn't you talking to me............than tell her the reason why. than if she say she can change than give her just 1 more chance. but if she say she will, but she never does than just dont be her bff anymore.

hmmm... well if you truly don't like her, maybe it is just best to talk it out with her, if she doesn't listen to you....then she really doesn't deserve your attention. Go find other people to hang out with. Of course there's always going to be people like her later on but the best thing to do is just ignore them even if it is hard to. I'm sorry if this isn't the best advice....but this is what i did.

Yeah she's only trying to break you down and bring out your negitivity. Don't let her get to you. Next time an issue occurs with her simply tell her you don't care to associate with her and you don't want to hear her rude and snide remarks. Then live your life like your on top of the world. Just be happy and carefree around her, be you. Pretty soon you will then have annoyed her so much because your not angry any more(which is what she wants) Then she will back off and fade away! Keep doing your thing no matter how miniscule and trivial it is (like a fake holiday). So long as your having fun.

I think this is what u sould do:

If she has friends work threw from her friends start being friends with her friends and get htem against her. She will feel afraid to say anything like "stupid" to you. Also the next time she just talks to her friends about something say "Liar!" to her to while walking by.

If she dosen't have friends then: get your friends in a group around her and get her afraid to do anything else.

Or you ccan do this:

Just ignore her and she will realize that you're not reacting to what she's saying. Show her that you treat her like dirt and u don't want to waste your breath on her!
