okay; so with me being 15 and growing up in the whole trendy "emo/scene" crap these days; I must say I'm feeling a little like an outcast.

My reason; it seems as though I'm one of the few kids that still likes to listen to real thrash/death metal!! it bugs me!!

I like:

slayer

metallica

dark angel

suffocation

dying fetus

cannibal corpse

[..just a few.]

note that I'm just a normal guy too! I'm a scrawny kid; 5'8" and all that jazz; and hair passed my shoulders.

I keep good hygene %26amp; stuff; and I'd say I'm a nice kid; I wear tight pants [not GIRL ones though]; and generally have on an old thrash/death metal band shirt on or something [i.e. I'm not one of those nasty metalheads who walks around with greasy air and always has to have the "TOUGH GUY" attitude...];

and I don't understand the deal with today's music scene;...

like; Idk why but I find myself attracted to 'scene girls' as they call them; but it's like none of them like the same music I do! It's all "OMG GERARD WAY IS SO HOT";;

it's as if:

if you don't dress like an "EMO GUY"; none of them even consider liking you!

soo... uhh... any girls like slayer up in here still or what?! hahahaha!

note that this was just for fun; i'm not freaking out or anything; I'm just curious!

Music changes from decade to decade like water falls from rocks..There is no way to truly keep on top of any one fad unless you are a poser. Like what you like and be what you are..screw the rest of them.

i would consider myself a "scene girl" and i love this type of music. do you like disturbed or tool? i live off of hard rock. most of these "scene" rock girls are fakes and don't even like real rock music.

I like SOME metal like Slayer %26amp; Metallica...it just depends. Some of it gives me a headache. My favorites are Pantera, Chimera, Deftones %26amp; Norma Jean.
