Hello frnds i really have frizzy hair my top hair are so dry n i can never arrange these always needed to wear a head band to settle dem down but my hair near the neck r smooth n alright bt really i need ur help to reduce dryness of my hair and to avoid frizz..........plz help me out....thnx
